Christmas Closure

We will be closed for the holiday from 5pm on Thursday 19th December, returning on Friday 27th December. Any orders received during this time will be placed into a queue and will be processed beginning on Friday 27th December, but please do note that there may be a slight delay in getting your order posted out to you—we appreciate your patience during this time and will do our best to get everything processed as quickly as possible.

We will not be available to answer any emails or messages via social media during this time, so we’ll get back to you as soon as we can from Friday 27th December.

General Delivery Information

After receiving cleared payment, all items are dispatched within 2-3 working days (Mon-Fri).

UK Delivery

Items are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery usually takes place 2-3 working days after dispatch.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 is available as an upgrade at checkout. Delivery usually takes place 1-2 working days after dispatch.

Royal Mail Special Delivery is available as an upgrade at checkout. Delivery usually takes place the next working day after dispatch.

All items will be packed securely either in a hardback envelope or rolled in a rigid poster tube to reduce the risk of any damages in transit.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Unfortunately, we are not currently able to offer international delivery via this website.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our number one priority is that you are happy with your purchase and we stand behind our 30 day money-back guarantee.

If—for any reason—you are not happy with your order, please kindly contact us at hello@troveprints.co.uk within 30 days of receiving delivery and we will do everything we can to make things right for you.

Please be sure to include your order number in your message, so that we can help you as quickly as possible—this can be found in the confirmation email you received from us after placing your order, or on the packing slip included with your delivery.

All items must be returned in their original, saleable condition, packaged securely in a hard back ‘Please do not bend’ envelope or rolled in a rigid poster tube. Unless we (Trove Prints) are at fault, please note that you (the customer) will be responsible for the cost of return delivery.

Please note: custom size prints are not eligible for return.

DAMAGES

If your order arrives damaged, please kindly notify us within 48 hours of receiving delivery at hello@troveprints.co.uk, quoting your order number and providing photographs of the damage.

DELAYED DELIVERIES

While we hope that all orders should be delivered within the expected time frame, unfortunately Royal Mail do occasionally experience delays. We would kindly ask that you allow 10 days from dispatch for both Tracked 48 & Tracked 24 items posted within the UK, before reporting a delayed delivery to us.

INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS DETAILS

Please note that if you do not receive delivery of your item(s) due to you submitting incorrect delivery address details at the time of ordering, replacement item(s) will only be sent on receipt of a re-delivery surcharge, which covers the cost of UK postage & packaging. Minimum re-delivery surcharge is £5.00.
