How long does delivery take?
We aim to get your order dispatched within three working days (Mon-Fri). Delivery usually takes place within three working days after dispatch.
My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
We’re terribly sorry that your order has not yet been delivered.
All orders are sent using tracked delivery, so the first thing we’d ask is that you please check the tracking details included in your dispatch confirmation email.
Ordinarily, delivery should take place within three working days after dispatch but delays do occasionally happen. We’d kindly ask that you allow 10 days to pass before reaching out to us. After this time, we’ll gladly help to resolve the issue.
CAN YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE OF THE UK?
Yes, we can! We currently offer UK delivery only through our website but we can deliver internationally via our Etsy shop.

WHAT TYPE OF PAPER DO YOU USE?
We print on archival-quality, acid-free paper. It’s a heavy-weight, 230gsm material with a smooth, matte finish.
ARE YOUR PRINTS MOUNTED?
No, our prints are supplied un-mounted.
DO YOU SUPPLY PRINTABLE DIGITAL DOWNLOADS?
Unfortunately not. Print quality varies significantly depending on the paper, ink, and machinery used in the printing process. To preserve the quality of the vintage artwork in our collection, we’d rather carefully create the prints for you ourselves.
Can you supply custom print sizes?
If the size you’re looking for is not listed on our website, we may be able to create it for you.

Framing Questions
DO YOU SUPPLY FRAMES?
Unfortunately, we’re currently unable to supply frames.
WHERE DID YOU GET THE FRAMES IN YOUR PRODUCT PHOTOS?
The frames in our product images were found either at second-hand or antiques shops. As they were lucky, one-off finds, we’re not able to advise where to purchase these.
CAN YOU RECOMMEND A FRAME SUPPLIER?
We don’t have any affiliation with them but we can recommend Frame-Company.co.uk for their selection of ready-to-order vintage style frames and mounts.
WHAT SIZE FRAME SHOULD I CHOOSE FOR MY PRINT?
Our prints are supplied in standard sizes, so finding the right frame should be fairly straightforward.
If you’d like the print to be framed edge-to-edge, select a frame that’s the same size as the print (without a mount).
If you’d like to include a mount/border, be sure to select a frame where the inner mount size matches the size of the print (the outer frame will be larger than the print).
