Any blemishes, cracks, canvas texture, or fading visible on the original piece will also be present on the finished print.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our prints and take great care over every order we receive.
All prints are made to order on archival-quality, heavy-weight 230gsm matte paper, using premium-quality inks.
Please note: Due to differences in screen types, the colour of your print may differ from the colour on your screen.
Eco-Friendly Packaging
To minimise unnecessary landfill waste, we use recyclable or biodegradable packaging, wherever possible.
Prints below size 9 x 12" are packed securely in a recyclable hardback envelope, with an additional sheet of cardboard for extra rigidity.
Prints size 9 x 12" and above are rolled in a recyclable, rigid cardboard poster tube.
All prints are protected by a sealed, biodegradable bag (prints size 12 x 16" and above are packed in a recyclable bag).
Where necessary, we use recyclable, paper-based packaging tape.
Delivery & Returns
After completing your purchase, your prints will be dispatched within three working days (Mon-Fri).
UK Orders
UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Special Delivery upgrade available at checkout.
Delivery usually takes place within 2-3 working days after dispatch (Special Delivery by the next working day after dispatch).
All prints below size A3 are packed securely in a recyclable hardback envelope—with an additional sheet of cardboard for extra rigidity—and are protected by a sealed biodegradable bag. Size A3 prints are rolled in a recyclable, rigid cardboard poster tube.
International Orders
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer international delivery via our website.

Returns
If—for any reason—you are not happy with your order, please kindly contact us at hello@troveprints.co.uk within 30 days of receiving delivery and we promise to make things right.
Please include your order number in your message, so that we can help you as quickly as possible.
